1. Online training is here to stay

Losing weight and gaining muscle were the most common drives to take up exercising. Yet, lack of time makes it difficult for people to work out. But functional fitness is gaining popularity for its effectiveness in keeping people fit.

Functional fitness involves limited exercise routines to build strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. They help perform everyday functions better and avoid injury to the body. Simple exercises like squats, planks, step-downs, etc., are part of this fitness regime.
