Are You Earning Up to Your Potential?

Most personal trainers are undervaluing their time and skills. Our Personal trainer Revenue Calculator helps you find out what you should be making, and how to get there.

No guesswork. Just real numbers.

Like most Personal Trainers, I started as a personal trainer who obtained my clients through the gyms I worked at.

I thrived as an in-studio personal trainer, showing off my spunky personality, handing out

relevant education that was easy to digest, and helping my clients succeed!

I was a successful solo business owner for over nine years!

Then….

The pandemic hit... and everything as I knew it changed!

One day, while searching for a better solution to work with my clients during isolation, I stumbled upon FitBudd!

This app helped me build an online presence in the personal training world that reached beyond the word

of mouth that I built my career! Suddenly, I have clients in Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Seattle, and even as far as Africa.

Fast forward 2 more years, and I am thriving in my hyped virtual and in-person training world!

It's like the perfect blend, but juggling all these things simultaneously can be challenging.

💪 Got an idea for a brand? Let's bring it to life.

I want to share 5 tips that help me nail my hybrid fitness model!

1.Schedule must be on point!

As a Personal Trainer who also offers Muscular therapy and Nutrition coaching, both virtual and in-person, the schedule will have you running in circles very quickly! Fitbudds new scheduling options allow you to sync to your Google calendar so you are never double booked!

2. Subscriptions are the future

Creating multiple subscription options allows members to select a commitment level that works for their

lifestyle. No more "package-ending-soon" promotion deals and renegotiations to sign up again!

You can choose weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly membership

options with recurring, automated billing cycles. Let the bills get paid automatically so you can focus on your craft!

3. Create packages with multiple options

Creating Packages that include small group sessions allows me to get the individual focus that I love with my clients and better manage my time so I can maximize the number of clients I can see in a week.

With FitBudd’s automation tools, I can instantly give macros and calorie breakdowns for each client based on their current body compositions and specific goals.

And the personalization doesn't stop there! Now, you can even specify which workouts you want to prescribe based on the clients’ intake forms. Take personalization even further by prescribing workouts and resources.

4. On-demand modifications

For the virtual clients only, adjusting and personalizing to each client's abilities is key!

The best hack the FitBudd software allows is that we can now create modification exercises for each exercise in our library

I always create an "EASY", "MEDIUM,” & "HARD" exercise to add.

How to Add Exercises on FitBudd:

  • Go to exercises and scroll to the bottom of the exercise.
  •  In here, you can add all of your variations of exercises.

5. Automations!

Because we can't be everywhere at once, right?

With clients in different time zones and in person, while some are at home, it has been a challenge to continuously check in with so many clients!

With FitBudd’s new automation features, you can now schedule messages to go out whenever they have a workout or a class scheduled! Personalize check-ins, share relevant education, post a little motivation, and ask for feedback and whatever else you want to say in the automated messages feature! You can even sync your FitBudd clients to MailChimp and send them drip campaigns based on what kind of members they are.

I love following up with my leads who haven't signed yet signed up this way. It often gives them the tug they need to decide on the right program!

Final Note:

Whether you are new to the virtual fitness world or a veteran, these 5 tools are guaranteed to save you time, elevate your value, and allow you to share your knowledge and grow your business in your sleep!
